Tracy Wale, Founder and President

President and Founder

Tracy Wale, has been a Registered Nurse for over 20 years with a strong background in healthcare compliance, licensure and certification. As an adjunct to her nursing career, Tracy started this company when called upon by a friend in private practice, to develop his OSHA compliance programs and infection control protocols. A need was identified in private practice, and Compliance Alliance was born. The goal: help others find an easier means to becoming compliant with all of the regulations that face healthcare. Again, in 2011 she founded Infection Control Solutions to meet the needs of providers impacted by new Infection Control Legislation.

Safety Operations Director

Janette Atkins is our Safety Operations Director for Compliance Alliance and Infection Control Solutions. In 2011 she earned the coveted Master Level - Certified Healthcare Safety Professional certification. She has spent the majority of the last 14 years working hands-on with our medical and dental practices finding and establishing practical solutions to compliance with the most current OSHA regulations and CDC guidelines. Janette leads our team of Safety Engineers, ensuring their education and training is heads and shoulders above any in the industry. She is responsible for development of onsite training programs and webinars. She assumes responsibility for, and oversees written program development and our research teams, ensuring comprehensive programs that meet and exceed all regulatory guidelines. Janette readily jumps in whenever necessary in any realm to be certain no task goes uncompleted.


Danielle Neuman, Office Manager

Office Manager

Danielle Neuman has been with Compliance Alliance approaching 20 years. As our Office Manager, Danielle leads our team of Operations Support Specialists, ensuring all customer service matters are handled as promptly and accurately as possible. She manages our IT department and implementation of all new written programs and systems. In addition, she oversees development of all client materials, and ensures accuracy of everything that leaves our office. What Danielle is probably known for, more than anything however, is the smile you can hear when she answers the telephone. She is always willing to help our clients in any way possible; whether that is creating a custom form or poster to scheduling appointments or registering people for conferences and webinars. Danielle is, bar none, our Goodwill Ambassador!


Nick Beaudette, Safety Engineer II

Safety Engineer II

Nick Beaudette heads up our Northern Nevada Division. As a native Northern Nevadan, Nick is a graduate of Carson City High School. After high school, he went on to attend a prestigious culinary institute. Seeking out a greater challenge, he then set his sights on Chemical Engineering. During his college career, Nick worked in a local hospital on both the medical oncology unit and in the inpatient pharmacy as a technician gleaning tremendous clinical experience. In 2014, Nick graduated from UNR with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering with a Biomedical Emphasis. Since joining Compliance Alliance in 2014, Nick has brought tremendous depth to our team, ranging from how to make amazing crème brûlée, how to safely design a chemical processing plant, to how to safely mix and compound medications. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to Nick with any chemical engineering or pharmacy type questions you may have.

Cynthia moved to Las Vegas from Boston after retiring honorably from the United States Coast Guard. During her years of service, she honed her critical thinking and regulatory implementation skills in her many escalating ranks. In 2007, she transitioned her military career in Las Vegas as a civilian contractor in various capacities. When given the opportunity to pursue her goal of a healthcare career, she leaped! Cynthia studied medical assisting and X-Ray Technology and earned certification as a Certified Bone Densitometry Technologist (CBDT). She worked for many years as a Bone Densitometry Technologist, and we are now fortunate to have her on our team as a Safety Engineer. Cynthia’s attention to detail and great attitude make her a welcome addition to our team!

Wesley was raised in Fallon Nevada. He graduated from Churchill County High School, and went on to attend BYU. Wesley graduated from BYU with an impressive dual bachelor’s in Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety as well as Health Promotion. He brings with him experience since graduation working as an Industrial Hygienist and a Safety Engineer in both the construction and mining industries. Wesley is bilingual and is an accomplished Spanish translator. Wesley is currently pursuing master’s degree in Public Health from UNLV. In his spare time, he loves spending time with his wife and daughter and other family members, hunting, fishing, basketball, and football. He has had many traveling experiences and particularly loves traveling across Latin America and the Caribbean.


Joy Marsico, Finance and Operations Support Specialist

Finance and Operations Support Specialist

A native of Pennsylvania, and honors graduate of Business Careers Institute. Joy is a proud Gold Star Mother, serving Southern Nevada’s military and veteran community and we thank her and her family for their duty, honor and sacrifice to all Americans. Joy brings twenty-eight years of accounting and customer service experience to this position. Her career thus far has encompassed such responsibilities as helpdesk support, application training, and quality control and assurance. Her life experience is vast and varied. She loves animals, trains exotic animals and has extensive experience managing in the veterinary environment. We couldn’t be more pleased that she has joined our team, leading our accounting department in all facets of accounts payable and accounts receivable; Joy is ready to assist our clients with any component of billing, webinars, scheduling, issuing continuing education units and much more.


Chris Flores, Operations Support Specialist

Operations Support Specialist

Native to California Chris moved to the Las Vegas Valley in 2001. He graduated from East Career and Technical Academy with an emphasis in Electrical Engineering. He was awarded an internship with the Nevada System of Higher Education while still in High School, and worked under a grant from the Department of Labor soon thereafter. While there, Chris played a key role in their safety management and training programs. He brings with him to Compliance Alliance a tremendous sense of humor combined with a strong background in clerical, administrative, safety management and safety education. He is ready to assist our clients and Safety Engineers with anything from hiking trail recommendations to GHS labels.


Jeff Miller, Account Executive

Jeff Miller

Account Executive

Jeff was born and raised in the dairy farming country of Ohio. He played classical piano for 12 years and the trombone for 15 years. After high school, Jeff attended Bowling Green State University where he majored in international business and minored in music performance. Prior to joining our team, Jeff worked extensively in the residential and light commercial air conditioning, heating and roofing industries. He gained valuable hands on experience with OSHA inspections, regulation interpretation, staff training and program implementation for small business during his tenure. Although Jeff is an alumni of Bowling Green, he is a huge fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes and you can catch him every Saturday watching them during football season. When Jeff isn’t working, or wildly cheering on his Buckeyes, you’ll find him riding his Harley Davidson or hiking and backpacking.
